7:00PM - The fleet assembles in front of Riverplace Marina, (0315 SW Montgomery St, Portland) and travels upriver to the Milwaukie Bay Riverfront Park area. The fleet should arrive around 8:00PM and, conditions allowing, spend about 15 minutes before returning to Riverplace Marina. The fleet will be out for approximately two hours.
Note: Due to weather conditions, debris in the river, and commercial river traffic with the right of way, it is not possible to give times when we will pass viewing areas.
