7:00PM - The combined fleet (Columbia River and Willamette River Fleets) assembles near Salty's / M. James Gleason Boat Ramp. We'll parade in that area while boats arrive prior to making our way down to North Portland Harbor. North Portland Harbor is located on the Oregon side of Hayden Island. There is no viewing from the Washington shore or from your car along the harbor. The fleet is out for about two hours.

The large parking lot provides excellent viewing. The gate will be kept open later to allow spectators to view the ships as they assemble approximately 6:45 to 7:05pm. $5 parking applies.
